1. PROCESS TITLE: CREATE PRODUCTION ORDER (MD04)

OVERVIEW

The procedure will be used to create production order.

PROCEDURAL STEPS
Via Menus Logistic- Material Management– Inventory
Management- Environment- Stock- MD04- Stock
/requirement List

Via Transaction Code MD04

STEP: 1 Click the Transaction Code for Create Production Order- MD04

PldOrd – Planned orders

STEP: 3 Choose 1st Planned Order for convert into Production Order, Double click on
Planned Order. Here is appearing window. It is show more option on this window.

Prod.Ord.

STEP: 4 Choose PrdOrd (i.e.Production Order) tab for convert into


Production Order and click on this tab.

on OK for next screen.

Note: In column “R/O/C” of above table, “R” = Required, “O” = Optional, “C” =
Conditional.

Click Release button then

Click the Save button or Ctrl+S.

Note: You are having more option for convert production orders from planned orders.
These are given below:
1. CO40 – Single conversion of planned orders
2. CO41 – Collective conversion of planned order

You can convert production order by t code CO40. See below mention screen shot.

Here is entering planned order number and Production order type.

You can convert production order by t code CO41. See below mention screen shot.

You can get convert with following


types

1. Enter Plant code in planning plant

2. With MRP controller

3. As per production supervisor

Click Execute button or press F8. There is showing all planned orders for the
material.

In above screen, there are showing a lot information like as Opening date, start & end
date, Material, Material description, Planned order quantity, order type, planned order
number and orders number.

Now going to convert orders, select line one by one which you want convert into orders if
you want to convert all planned orders then you can click on icon and click on “convert
button .

There is showing new window for choosing the routing for all selected lines and select the
routing which you want convert an orders with selected routing. Click and ok

We have created production orders, now going to release production orders.

2. PROCESS TITLE: ORDER RELEASE PROCEDURE – CO05N

OVERVIEW

The procedure will be used to release Production order.

Control- CO05N- Collective Release

STEP: 1. Click the Transaction Code for Collective Release order – CO05N.

Press enter for execute the transaction

STEP: 2. Enter the Production order number and Production plant etc. then
Execute .

Here you can get the details with “Production Order, Material, Production plant,
MRP controller and Production supervisor and system status etc.

Select the Order number which you want release. You can select one by one or collectivity

Now click Mass processing for releasing an orders.

Press F8 or execute
This is calculating the material availability during releasing orders.

Result: Mass process Executed.

Note: You can also release the Order directly from CO01/CO02, Click while converting
the production orders. There is showing order has been carried out.

3. PROCESS TITLE: PRODUCTION ORDER CONFIRMATION – CO11N

The procedure will be used to Production order confirmation.

STEP: 2. Enter the Order number and Operation/Activity which you want to confirm
and Click on ACTUAL DATA to get the Existing data which is coming along
with the Production order.

In this screen you can change production order quantity as per your actual production and enter
following data as per actual production like as below screen

Now going to goods movement tab , here you can change the actual scrap
quantity as per physical.

from BOM

Here, you can change the scrap data as per physical so that we get the standard vs actual data.

SAVE or Ctrl+S.

During this activity automatic goods movement will be done because we have active the
backflushed indicator in material master. Here, activities should be happened as Goods
receipt, goods issue, scrap generation against order.

Result:

Now material and quantity will be offer to quality because quality Inspection is activated
on this material.

4. PROCESS TITLE: STOCK OVERVIEW – MMBE/MB52

OVERVIEW

The procedure will be used for material stock overview in plant level and storage location
level.

a. MMBE – Stock Over view only for single material.


b. MB52 – Display Warehouse stocks of Material with multilevel material or Single
level material.
