Roles and Responsibilities:

• Planning and monitoring daily, weekly, monthly production schedules to meet customer expectations.
• Scheduling dispatch activities and ensure materials dispatch and deliveries against the customer
requirements.

Title: Implementation of lean production system in HMCL inlet valve line at Rane
Engine Valve Limited Plant-5

Description of the project:

This project mainly involves the implementation of lean techniques in the Hero
Motorcorp Limiter's inlet valve line at Rane Engine Valve Limited Plant-5, Viralimalai. Here
we had eliminated the seven types of wastes by changing the existing machine layout, which is
not in the process flow order to the lean order. So the transportation time and motion are greatly
reduced and increases the productivity and also reduces the operator's effort, fatigue.
