IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Candidates will be permitted into the examination centre 30 minutes before the commencement of examination and will not
be allowed to leave the examination hall till the end of the examination under any circumstances.
2. Candidates will not be allowed into the Examination Centre after the commencement of the test under any circumstances.
3. The Candidate is requested to affix his/her recent passport size photograph in the prescribed area without attestation of
Gazetted Officer.
4. If the Photograph is missing on the upper right side of the Hall Ticket, please paste your passport size photograph duly
attested by Gazetted Officer. The candidate should sign below the photograph affixed. However another photo is to be affixed
in prescribed area without Gazetted attestation.
5. The candidate should bring any photo identity card like Aadhar Card/Pancard/ Driving license which has clear visible photo
to the examination centre.
6. The OMR (Optical Mark Reader) answer sheet will be invalidated in case of using the Whitener/Blade/Eraser or any kind for
tampering to change the answers on OMR answer sheet.
7. Hall ticket must be produced at the Test Center and also in Examination Hall, failing which he/she will not be allowed to
appear for the test.
8. The Candidate shall retain Original Hall Ticket with him/her and should produce as and when required.
9. A separate OMR ( Optical Mark Reader ) answer sheet will be provided to the candidate. The candidate has to mark his/her
answer to each question by darkening the correct circle by using "Ball Point Pen" of BLUE/BLACK only. The OMR
answer sheet shall not be valued if they darken the answers of the questions by using "PENCIL".
10. The "Examination" will be for 100 Marks consisting of 100 "Multiple Choice" questions and each question will carry
"ONE" Mark.
11. The Candidate should write his/her Hall Ticket No. and Name only in the space provided at the top of the 1st page of question
paper booklet.
12. The corresponding booklet code (A,B,C,D) and booklet number may be darkened in OMR answer sheet using "Ball Point
Pen"[BLUE/BLACK] only. Candidate should note that if they fail to darken the appropriate circle of booklet code and
booklet number on the OMR answer sheet, his/her answer sheet will not be valued.
13. Immediately on opening the question paper booklet, candidate must ensure that whether 100 Multiple Choice questions are
printed. In case of any discrepancy, immediately exchange the question paper booklet by bringing the error to the notice of
Invigilator.
14. Candidate shall darken one of the Circles A,B,C or D [ answers to the respective question ] on the OMR answer sheet using
ball point pen [BLUE/BLACK] only.
15. The OMR answer sheet will not be valued if the candidate (a) writes the Hall-Ticket Number in any part of the OMR answer
sheet except in the space provided for purpose, (b) writes any irrelevant matter including religious symbols, works, prayers or
any communication whatsoever in any part of the OMR answer sheet , (c) adopts any other malpractice.
16. Using of Calculator/Mathematical Tables/Log Tables is not permitted. Cell Phones or any other electronic devices are also not
allowed into the examination hall. No loose sheets or papers will be allowed in the examination hall. Rough work should be
done only in the space provided in the question paper booklet.
17. Adoption of any kind of malpractice or unfair means at the time of examination or any act of impersonation will disqualify
the candidate from appearing the examination and such candidates will be liable for prosecution.
18. The candidate should hand over the OMR answer sheet to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall. He is allowed
to take away the Question Paper Booklet after completion of the examination.
19. The OMR answer sheet will be preserved for a period of 3 (Three) Months from the date of examination and there after they
will be destroyed.
20. The candidate has to follow meticulously all the instructions given on the Question Paper Booklet and OMR answer sheet,
else his/her Answer Sheet may not be valued.
