3. Office 365:
We are using unique account and password as the single sign-on feature, it means once you
logged in to computer, you can use all BT services without password prompting.
a. OneDrive and OneNote:
User is required to store personal data on OneDrive where supports one TB storage
on cloud for the Backup purpose. IT team is not responsible for user’s data lost in
case computer hard disk damaged.
Microsoft OneNote supports to gathers users' notes (handwritten or typed), screen
clippings and audio commentaries. It can be shared as the meeting minutes with
team.
b. Skype for Business:
BT provides the “Skype for Business” tool as our main communication and
collaboration way, you use it to communicate with your colleagues and external
contact as information below:

- Password: <As same as computer login password>
- Main phone number: +84 24 3828 0702 (Hanoi), +84 28 3820 8822 (HCM City)
- Extension: 218
Note that: This is Internet Call by using Skype For Business, so it is free, with this
application we can have an online meeting (supports 250 instant participants), share
presentation, share desktop (for training), remote control and message
c. Microsoft Teams
In case you are out of office, please ALWAYS turn on Automatic Replies setting.
4. Workplace
We are applying Workplace – private enterprise social space for all Buffalo Tours
employees. On Workplace we can discuss and develop projects with Teams and sharing our
activities.
You should get the invitation from IT Ops to login then discover our resources
You will be invited to join our online training system: Compass. That is very helpful to learn
our system and policy in company library.
In activated email, You have to activate it and login by your email account.
6. Support by phone:
You can use “Skype for Business” application to contact your colleagues in other branches.

In BT, we are using the IT support system, called Buffalo Tours Fresh Service

manage the Incident as well as to follow-up the IT Ops service efficiently. Moreover, this system
help us to measure IT Ops performance and as the knowledge base sharing among BT globally in
