friends, parents, visitors ladies and gentlemen a pleasant day to
all of you.

Today, we are having the Moving Up Ceremony for all the

completers for the School year 2018-2019 with the theme “
Pagkakaisa sa Pagkakaiba-iba : Kalidad na Edukasyon para sa
Lahat. The youths are the hope of our community o “yung
madalas sabihing “ Ang Kabataan ang Pag-asa ng ating Bayan. In
what way? The K-12 program aims to the improve and develop
the skills of the students wether in the field of academic or
technical vocational track.The purpose of upbringing, creating and
preparing the young people to be equipped with knowledge and
skills that they can use in the future, for the progress of our
country.

We have all dreamed and are still dreamimg of living in a

progressive and innovative society.Who knows one of us here will
become a doctor,a lawyer, an engineer or a great leader. We can
be anything. All we need to do is to work on it, be deligent,and
believe that imposible things can be possible. Nothing is
impossible if you have faith in your self. You don’t have to be
afraid of what you are.

I welcome you all in this moving up ceremony and let us embrace

change as a normal trend of existence.
