Inspection of property is mostly done by the property engineering management in promoting


safe and hazard free environment for tenants, clients and the property as a whole. Inspection includes,
exteriors such as; walls, roofs, elevations, and locks and gates and interiors such as; electricals,
plumbing, floorings and ventilations. In the said inspections, managerial must provides an hourly, daily,
weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly plan inspections.
