    Dear Star Manufacturing:

    Honeywell utilizes a sourcing agreement with TAPFIN a ManpowerGroup company for


    staffing services globally We acknowledge the important role that your company has
    played in helping the Intelligrated meet our staffing needs. We request your continued
    commitment and cooperation as we transition active assignments for subcontract workers
    to our preferred staffing partner.

    Effective November 21, 2016, all new staffing requirements for Intelligrated are being
    sourced through the Honeywell Global Contingent Labor Program. Honeywell will now
    begin to transition all existing contract worker assignments to Spectraforce effective
    January 9, 2017.

    Please notify your employees working on these assignments of this pending transition. If
    your employees are interested in applying to remaining on assignment at Honeywell, they
    should be offered the option to register with Spectraforce, our preferred HGCLP partner.
    If they choose to remain an employee of your organization, they will need to move to
    another assignment at another client. Please notify TAPFIN of the employee’s decisions
    no later than December 19, 2016. You may send these updates to
    Ricquana.Farmer@Tapfin.com.

    All current contract workers that wish to continue on assignment at Honeywell must
    register with the Spectraforce by January 2, 2017. You will be contacted by the
    Spectraforce representative below, regarding the details of this process. You may also
    direct your employees to reach out to the Spectraforce team directly.
