Dear  Parents,  
 
As  part  of  our  grade  6  graduation  celebrations  we  will  be  taking  all  grade  6  students  on  
a  sailing  trip  on  Friday  the  10th  of  December.    Funding  has  been  provided  by  Bendigo  
Bank  for  our  Grade  6  students  to  sail  for  one  hour  on  the  Enterprize,  a  square  rigged  ship  
sailing  from  Williamstown.    This  is  a  fantastic  opportunity  and  a  symbolic  right  of  
passage  for  our  students  at  the  end  of  their  time  at  Lee  St  Primary  School.

We  will  travel  by  bus  to  Williamstown  at  9.30,  returning  to  school  by  1.30pm.

Grade  6  Sailing  trip  Permission  Slip  
 
I  give  permission  for  my  child  __________________  to  attend  the  excursion  to  sail  on  the  
Enterprize  sailing  ship  on  Friday  the  10th  of  December  2010.    I  authorise  the  teacher  in  
charge  to  consent,  where  it  is  impracticable  to  communicate  with  me,  to  my  child  
receiving  such  medical  or  surgical  treatment  as  may  be  deemed  necessary.
