SUBJECT: Spot Report re Shooting Incident that Resulted
to the Death of NESTOR DELA TORRE y Urdas
DATE : April 25, 2010
1. On April 25, 2010 at about 10:00 o’clock in the morning a shooting
incident transpired at So. Hanawa, Brgy. Matangcong, Sigma, Capiz wherein victim
one Nestor Dela Torre Y Urdas, 46 years old, married, laborer, and a resident
of So. Hanawa, Brgy. Matangcong, Sigma, Capiz, was shot by suspect
HarryBaradero Y Legaspi, 47 years old, married, farmer, and a resident of the same
place. As a result thereof, the victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds in
thedifferent parts of the body and was rushed to Mambusao General Hospital
Mamusao, Capiz for medical treatment but was pronounced dead on arrival
(DOA) by the attending physician thereat. The suspect was arrested at his
house during hot-pursuit operation conducted, but the weapon used in the
commission of the crime was not recovered and he is now under the custody of this
station for investigation and proper disposition. The cadaver of the victim was moved
to Regional Crime Laboratory Office, Camp Martin Delgado, Fort San Pedro, Iloilo
City for autopsy examination.
2. The motive of incident is undetermined and the case still under
investigation.

SUBJECT :Spot Report –Stubbing Incident

DATE : January 01 2019 ________________________________________

1. On or about 09:00AM of January 05 2019, a stabbing incident transpired along lapu-
lapu street, tagum City, in front of cycle rmarket, wherein the victim one, Jose Palad,
30 years old, married jobless and a resident of No.132 Barangay san miguel, tagum
City, was stabbed by the suspect / persons interest one, Pedro de Magiba, 28 years
old single jobless also and a resident of Barangaysan miguel, also of tagumCity,
2. As a consequence thereof, the victim sustained multiple stab wounds in the different
parts of the body and was rushed to St. John Hospital for medical treatment but was
pronounced dead on arrival ( DOA ) by the attending physician thereat.
3. The suspect /persons of interest was arrested after the incident but the weapon
used was not recovered and he is now under the custody of the Police Office for
Investigation and proper disposition, the cadaver (dead body ) was moved to the PNP
Crime Laboratory Service of tagumCity, for autopsy examination.

4. The Motive of the incident is undetermined and the case is still under investigation

DATE : April 29 2019 ________________________________________

1. On or about 09:00AM of May 05 2019, a shooting incident transpired along
barangay magnaga coval, in front ofbalutan, wherein the victim one, Istoy De Letse,
35 years old, married jobless and a resident of barangay magnaga coval was shot by
the suspect / persons interest one, Magneto pelit, 28 years old single jobless also and
a resident of barangay magnaga coval.
2. As a consequence thereof, the victim sustained gunshot wounds in the different
parts of the body and was rushed to regional hospital for medical treatment but was
pronounced dead on arrival ( DOA ) by the attending physician thereat.
3. The suspect /persons of interest was arrested after the incident but the weapon
used was not recovered and he is now under the custody of the Police Office for
Investigation and proper disposition, the cadaver (dead body ) was moved to the PNP
Crime Laboratory Service of Pantukan police stationfor autopsy examination.

4. The Motive of the incident is undetermined and the case is still under investigation

SUBJECT : Spot Report
DATE : April 9, 2015
On or about 2:00pm of April 8, 2019, a certain Francis Fernandez was
apprehended in Star mall Alabang for shoplifting in Finds Convenience
store. According to the report of the security personnel of the company, it was found
out that Fernandez entered the 3rd 6r branch of the said store, took a Cloud 9 candy
bar and put it into his pocket. After suspiciously looking around he immediately ran
out causing the guard to suspect that he committed a crime. When he
was then apprehended he was brought to Muntinlupa PNP Station 2 where initial
questioning and investigation was conducted we found out that Fernandez was
convicted for the crime of robbery-holdup in Cebu City and was convicted
with ;nullity and is supposed to be serving his sentence still, under
Criminal Case XV115-3123.Attached herewith is a photo of the accused, please
confirm if this Fernandez is one and the same with the Fernandez convicted in the
earlier stated case. If so, please coordinate with our Chief in order to be able to
commence appropriate actions on his transfer back to Cebu. It is requested that a
progress report is made soon.
