I am Jenifer B. Castro taking Bachelor of Science in Social Work in Palawan State University Main Campus
and I was given a task to conduct an assessment for our case study where it is a requirement in our course
entitled “SW-17 Social Work Helping Process”.

The case study would give me an opportunity to evaluate a person’s problem which it hinders him to be
socially functioning individual in the community. Further, this would help me understand the other factors
that contributes to his problem and learn how to address it in a systematic and correct manner.

In line with this, I would like to respectfully request for your approval to the said activity and help to
recommend a possible client who needs assistance concerning their biopsychosocial well-being,
particularly the Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL), those experiencing an abuse and single parent.
