COMPUTER LABORATORY RULES AND REGULATIONS

I. Seminarians are prohibited to enter the laboratory unless


authorized by the teacher, or the administrator.
II. Students should only use their assigned computer during their
computer class.
III. Using external hard drive, flash drive for file transfer is strictly
prohibited. All work will just be transfer to the server.
IV. Do not remove or load any software into the computer.
V. Do not change any settings in the computer.
VI. Do not bring food or drink into the laboratory, bringing any
writing materials are depending on the instruction of the
teacher.
VII. Turn off the computer accordingly after use.
VIII. Switch off all power supplies before leaving the laboratory.
IX. Internet facility is strictly for educational purposes only.
X. Report all problems in the internet connection, components
and program to the teacher.
XI. Anyone who losses or damages the computer or any of its
components, or any facility and property inside the computer
room shall be responsible for its repair or replacement.
XII. All users other than those who having computer classes
should record the use of computer in the computer log book.
XIII. The computer laboratory should be kept clean and tidy at all
times.
