With due respect, it is stated that I was unaware of the announcement of above mention job and
one of my friends told me about it on last date of submission of application. As I was in audit
party and away from office at that time therefore, due to time shortage it was not possible for
me to apply through proper channel. So, I applied against this post without getting NOC from
our office.

Now, it is requested you to give me ex post facto approval and issue me NOC for applying and
appearing in interview for post mentioned in subject.

I assure you that I shall comply with the rules and procedures in this regard in future.
