Grate Fired, Travelling Grate And Slop Fired Boilers the company is first in India to
commission a slop fired boiler. Till now company has installed more than 700 boilers

Key Job Responsibilities Include :-
• Making Thermal Calculations Of Boilers.
• Making Thermal Calculations For Accessories Of Boiler Like Air Heater, Economiser,
Heat Recovery Unit, Water Pre Heater AND Similar heat exchangers.
• Making Circulation Ratio Calculations And Finalising Size Of Riser And Downcomers.
• Checking drawings for thermal and equipment layout as per plan.
Key job responsibilities include :-
• Making layouts and detailed drawings of various thermal equipments.
• Making layouts for the boiler unit.
• Making IBR calculations for package type boilers and pressure parts
• Making layouts and detailed drawings of various thermal equipments.

Implementing Ideas , Drafting Of Boilers And Boiler Parts Using Solidworks, Preparing
Bill Of Materials, Checking Design Drawings).
• 15 Days Training At Basic Training Dept. In Northern Railways Mechanical Workshop
Amritsar.

• B.Tech In Mechanical Engineering From Institute Of Engineering & Technology,
Ropar India (2005-2008) With 68.1%..
• Three Years Polytechnic Diploma In Mechanical Engineering, From Govt.
Polytechnic, Amritsar, India (2002-05) With 66.9%.
• Two Months Diploma In Solidworks And Can Work Very Efficiently And Effectively On
Drafting And Modeling Tools.
