proven and innovative technology enabled business model that dream to expand
their companies globally.

We offer multi stage Venture Capital to the teams that we back, as well as
mentoring and support to internationalise their businesses, leveraging on our
local teams. We are headquartered in Santiago de Chile with local teams in
Bogotá, Lima, London, Edinburgh, Miami and Berlin, providing our portfolio
companies the benefits of leveraging on our local networks, operational support,
talent sourcing, and access to business partnerships in each of these markets.

We believe in social and environmental responsible investment, and seek to

adhere and enforce the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI).

Our Investment Strategy

We invest $1m to $3m in companies which are already generating
revenue and have the potential for rapid growth. We have a
hands-on approach and back committed entrepreneurs leading
businesses which we believe will grow quickly through
geographical expansion and product development. We prefer
scalable niche offerings in B2B software, specialty retail, non
traditional exports, clean tech and services.

Our Funds

Genesis Ventures manages different types of

funds, in a variety of sectors, that allows the
company to create an great wide impact. Thus,
technology and innovation are its biggest allies,
representing an important part of the value of
the companies.

Since our inception in 2013 we have raised over

USD $ 150 million through 3 different funds:

IKON-GENESIS
Venture Capital Fund with international investments

Chilean-Colombian Fund that has its focus on different industries like FinTech, HealthTech, EduTech,
AgroTech, and all tech related companies. The investment strategy of the fund is to seek for compa-
nies that can contribute to the society, by applying high technology to a product or service.

CleanTeach Ventures: Chilean fund that has its focus on NCRE (Non-Conventional Renewable Ener-
