"Personal Data Protection Code"

As part of the candidate selection process it is necessary to collect some personal details from you, even information of a sensitive nature may be
required. With this in mind, hereinafter is outlined information regarding the use of your personal data as prescribed by the current regulations
concerning personal data protection.

Purposes for which the data is intended

The collected personal data will be used exclusively for the recruitment and selection of individuals to Eni S.p.A. and its direct and indirect
subsidiaries and associated companies.

The personal data will also be used by external companies that carry out recruiting activities on behalf of Eni S.p.A. and of the latter s direct or
indirect subsidiaries or investees.

The inclusion of information is optional but any missing details and/or lack of consent to use such details may make it impossible for Eni Corporate
University to consider an application. Likewise, data may be used in cases and for purposes provided for by Art. 24 of the Code (eg compliance with
legal requirements), even without a candidate's consent.

Terms of use of data

Data will be subject to all handling operations as per Art. 4 of the Code, by means of paper-based and/or electronic tools but in a way that guarantees
confidentiality and avoids any loss, destruction, unauthorized access or unapproved use. The data will be erased from database after a maximum term
of two years from the date of submission or from the last time of updating. In case you will be involved in a selection process, your data will be stored
for a maximum term of five years for recruiting aims only.

Categories of parties with whom data may and/or must be shared and the extent of data sharing

In addition to our operational Units, whose personnel are specifically responsible for data management, data may be shared with Eni S.p.A. and its
direct and indirect subsidiaries and associated companies for the purpose of assessing certain potential candidates. Moreover, the personal data may
be transmitted to external companies that carry out recruiting activities on behalf of Eni.

Personal data will not be distributed.

Rights, Holder of the Rights and those Responsible for Data Management

Art. 7 of the Code grants users the right to obtain confirmation of the existence, or not, of data relating to them, to know its content and source, to
verify its accuracy and to complete, update or amend such information. The user also has the right to request the cancellation, transformation into
anonymous data or suspension of such data in case of misuse, as well as to deny use for legitimate reasons.

The holder of the rights to manage such data is Eni Corporate University S.p.A, whose headquarters are located on Via S. Salvo No. 1, San Donato
Milanese (MI) 20097. The person responsible for data management is, among others, the Manager for Recruitment and Selection, currently located at
the offices of Eni Corporate University S.p.A. on Via Paolo Di Dono No. 223, Rome, 00142, and from whom it is possible to request and obtain, by
exercising the rights indicated above, a list of all those responsible for personal data management.

for the purposes and methods established therein, including any communication with Eni S.p.A., its direct and indirect subsidiaries and associated
