In the exigency of the service, you are hereby designated as Reading/PHIL-IRRI

Coordinator and LRMDS Coordinator without additional compensation effective June 6,
2019 until sooner revoked. This is an add-on designation in your concurrent capacity as
Teacher I.

As Reading/PHIL-IRRI Coordinator and LRMDS Coordinator, you are expected to:

1. prepare action plan related to the designation;
2. plan and initiate activities related to the designation;
3. prepare proposal for in-service trainings related to the designation;
4. attend seminars/ meetings called for by the division related to the designation;
5. participate in different contests related to the designation in division, regional and
national levels; and
6. do related work.

You are further advised to consolidate and submit reports and pictorials at the end of the
school year.
