field of work to enhance their competency early”. We all know that if you already have an

experience in one thing, it’s easy for you to do it, but you need to take the risk, spending more

times and days if you wanted to have advanced knowledge in your future job professions.

Qualitative work immersion program is considered as the useful instrument of bridge

between school and professional life which can be used by the school in order to develop

appropriate skills among aimed students increasing their employability chances on the very

competitive labor market. Students become goal-driven. Students have goals. Immersion trains

them how to achieve these goals by giving them an opportunity to work with and be supervised by

professionals and highly creative people these people can inspire students to discover their

capabilities.

The different owners of companies conduct a Work Immersion Industry Forum. This

program was a great success, because they allowing the senior high school to be part of their

advocacy and also the Department of Education attended the forum. During the forum, the DepEd

representative Mr. Mark Anthony V Bercando emphasized that the safety of senior high school

students is one of the primary requirements for partner companies willing to open their doors to

these students.
This advocacy conducts to help the students in having an experience in their work

professions and to be familiar in the work place.

The transition from being a student to being part of the working class could be challenge

to new graduates. This is why on-the-job training and immersion are provided by educational

institution to help the students to become prepared and explore their chosen careers.

career skills and have an experience and knowledge about what professions we are take. Some of

the students are using this work immersion to have a savings because some of the companies are

giving a wage/s even if is not too high it can really help the students so that when they go back to

their schools’ they have an allowance. Work immersion can really help the students in many

aspects it can also improve the social interaction of the students so that as he or she already have

a work it will not be difficult for him or her to approach his or her workmates.
