RULES & REGULATIONS

Date: January 22-24

Time: 11:00 AM onwards.

Venue: Poornima University, Jaipur.

Registration
 The registration of events can be carried out on the spot and the further details will be
made available on www.facebook.com/PULakshya.
 To register online visit our website www.lakshya.poornima.edu.in
 Registration of students will be carried out only through valid college/university photo
identity card.

⮚ The events are classified into two types: Individual Events & Group Events.

Accommodation
 Accommodation facility will be prcovided on request basis and prior information will be
required by the host university and the tariff will be based upon the type of rooms
classified below.
 The tariff for air conditioned rooms will be Rs 500/- per night per person & for air
cooled rooms, it will be Rs 300/- per night per person (inclusive of all meals).

Transportation
The transportation facility for out stationed teams only will be provided by the university
(pick & drop to railway station, bus stand & airport) with no additional cost.

NOTE: Consumption of liquor, smoking, eve teasing, influencing the adjudicators &
indecent behavior inside the campus & at the venue is strictly prohibited. Anyone
found violating the rules and above clause will be liable to disciplinary action and he/she will
be eliminated from the whole event. Participants shall not use any type of
fireworks/arms as they are strictly prohibited. The decision of Poornima University
panel of adjudicators and judges shall be final.
