RE Young Leaders' Program in Law

DATE: August 5, 2010

Applications are now open for the Young Leader's Program in Law, a one year
master's program established by the Japanese Government's Ministry of Education,
Culture, Sports, Science & Technology and administered by the Graduate School of Law,
Kyushu University. Those accepted will receive a one-year scholarship from October
2011 to September 2012.

An overview of the program is attached herewith. Application forms may be


secured at the Office of the College Secretary, College of Law, University of the
Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City. The Dean of the College of Law shall serve as the
recommending authority. The deadline for recommendations is on 20 October 2010.
