CONFERENCE 2010
2010 Annual Region 9-15-17 Regional Training Conference September 25-26
Lodging
1. Attendees must sleep in designated areas.
2. Female members are not allowed in the room of any male member, and male
members are not allowed in the room of any female member at any time.
3. All members must abide by the curfew and schedule specified by the Regional Training Conference Planning Committee.
Enforcement
1. Violation of this Code will result in notification to the District Administrator, Regional Advisor, and parent/guardian. If a student is dismissed from
the event it will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian to cover any charges incurred.
2. Violations involving destruction of property OR possession, consumption or use of drugs, alcohol or controlled substances, will result in immediate
dismissal from the event.
3. Violations involving vandalism, theft, gross insubordination, violence or lodging violations will result in dismissal from the event.
4. The Sergeant-at-Arms Committee, the Regional Training Conference Planning
Committee, and Regional Advisors have the discretion to dismiss any
participant with due reason.
