*To those clients without signs and symptoms of

UTI are advised to maintain perineal hygiene
and increase fluid intake daily.

4. Fasting Blood Sugar *Clients with increased in blood sugar during

 Symptomatic-3 fasting are advised to decrease or limit food
intake that are rich in carbohydrates such as
rice, bread, soft drinks, dessert and candy.

*Referred to a physician or specialist for follow

 5. Random Blood Sugar *Clients who have no sign of increased blood
 Symptomatic-10 sugar were advised to maintain a balanced and
healthy diet.

 Asymptomatic-0 *Encouraged to decrease intake of sugars such

as soft drinks, desserts and rice or other
carbohydrate implements that indirectly
increase blood glucose levels substantially.

*Recommended to limit foods that are rich in

sugars as rice and bread.

6. Maternal and Baby Wellness Care

*Pregnant women were counseled to have their
monthly prenatal Check-up and have the proper
diet structured for their specific maternal needs,
and take multivitamins supplements during their
entire pregnancy.

 Immunization-40 *Children who have not yet completed their

immunization, their mothers were advised to
have them fully immunized at their health
center until the first year of their life.

7. Counselling and Family Planning *Conducted Fertility Orientation Sessions with

both groups and individuals to clarify and
destigmatize commonly held misconceptions
regarding human sexuality and fertility.
