I. MASONRY WORKS QUANTITY


1. Exterior Wall of Ground & Second Floor: For CHB
Area (sq.m):
a. Front Wall = 18+6+14+21 = 69
b. Right Side Wall = 10+20 = 30
c. Left Side Wall = 16+28 = 44
d. Rear Wall = 40+32+7 = 79
e. Exterior Accent Wall = 7+11+10 = 28 5” CHB = 5,418 pcs
f. Fence Wall = 48+10+43+43 = 144

Total Area = 69+30+44+79+28+144 = 394 sq.m.


Total CHB = 12.5×394 = 4,925 pcs
Plus 10% Wastage = 4,925×0.10 = 493 + 4,925 = 5,418 pcs
2. Interior Wall of Ground & Second Floor: For CHB
Area (sq.m)
a. Ground Floor Walls = 14+7+15+7+5+8+5+8+5+12 = 86
b. Second Floor Walls = 42+28+45+50 = 165
4” CHB = 3,142 pcs
Total Area = 86+165 = 251 sq.m.
Total CHB = 12.5×251 = 3,138 pcs
Plus 10% Wastage = 3,138×0.10 = 314+3,138 = 3,142 pcs
II. CONCRETE WORKS QUANTITY
1. Slab Volume: Using Class A Concrete
a. Ground Floor: 133×0.10 = 13.50 cu.m.
b. Second Floor: 131×0.10 = 13.50 cu.m.
c. Exterior Canopy Slab: 12×0.20 = 2.50 cu.m.
d. Exterior Garage Canopy Slab: 12×0.40 = 2.50 cu.m. CEMENT = 1,200 bags
SAND = 67 cu.m.
Total Volume = 13.50+13.50+2.50+2.50 = 32 cu.m. GRAVEL = 133 cu.m.
Plus 10% Wastage = 32×0.10 = 4+129 = 133 cu.m.
Cement = 133×9 = 1,197 or 1,200 40kg Cement Bags
Sand = 133×0.50 = 67 cu.m.
Gravel = 133×1 = 133 cu.m.
2. Exterior Wall 5” CHB Volume: Using Class A Concrete

Total Volume = 394×0.15 = 59 cu.m. CEMENT = 88 bags


Plus 10% Wastage = 59×0.10 = 6+59 = 65 cu.m. SAND = 0.50 cu.m.
Cement = 65×1.35 = 88 Bags GRAVEL = 10 cu.m.
Sand = 65×0.075 = 0.50 cu.m.
Gravel = 65×0.15 = 10 cu.m.

3. Interior Wall 4” CHB Volume: Using Class A Concrete

Total Volume = 251×0.15 = 38 cu.m. CEMENT = 38 bags


Plus 10% Wastage = 38×0.10 = 4+38 = 42 cu.m. SAND = 2.50 cu.m.
Cement = 42×0.90 = 38 bags GRAVEL = 4.50 cu.m.
Sand = 42×0.050 = 2.50 cu.m.
Gravel = 42×0.10 = 4.50 cu.m.
4. Post & Footing: Class A Concrete (Assume 12 Post & Footing)

a. Column Post = 12 posts x (0.40×0.40) x 6 m. ht. = 11.52


Plus 10% Wastage = 11.52×0.10 = 13 cu.m.
Cement = 25 bags
b. Footing Slab = 12 x (0.20×1.20×1.20) = 3.50 cu.m. Sand = 1.50 cu.m.
Plus 10% Wastage = 3.50×0.10 = 4 cu.m. Gravel = 3 cu.m.

Total Volume = 13+4 = 17 cu.m.


Cement = 17×1.44 = 25 bags
Sand = 17×0.080 = 1.50 cu.m.
Gravel = 17×0.16 = 3 cu.m.

III. STEEL & REINFORCEMENT WORKS QUANTITY


1. Exterior & Interior Wall: For 12mm Steel Bars
Exterior Wall Area = 394 sq.m.
Interior Wall Area = 251 sq.m.

Total Area = 394+251 = 645 sq.m. 12mm dia. bars x 6m


Plus 10% Wastage = 645×0.10 = 65+645 = 710 sq.m. = 507 pcs
Vertical Reinforcement = 710×2.13 (for 60cm spacing) = 1,513m
Horizontal Reinforcement = 710×2.15 (3 layers spacing) = 1,527m
Total Length = 1,513+1,527 = 3,040 m

Total Bars: 3,040 divided by 6m long = 507 pcs @12mm dia. Bars

2. Floor Slab: For 12mm Steel Bars

Second Floor Slab Area = 131×2.584 = 339 pcs. 12 mm x 6 m. Bars 12mm dia. Bars x 6m
= 339 pcs

12 post multiply by 8 bars per post = 96 pcs

Total Steel Bars = 96 pcs. @16 mm x 9 meters long steel bars

4. Footings: For 16mm Steel Bars

Cut bars at 1 footing = 10×2 = 20 pcs. 12 mm at 1.35 m. Long


12mm dia. bars x 6m
Total cut bars = 20×12= 240 pcs. = 60 pcs

Total Steel bars pieces = 240/4 = 60 pcs. 12 mm. x 6 m. long bars

Second Floor Ceiling Area = 155 sq.m.
Total Ceiling Boards = 155/2.88 = 54 pcs 1/4” x 4’ x 8’ Plywood

VII. PAINTING WORKS
1. Overall Wall Painting

Overall Wall Surface Area = 394+251 = 645 sq.m.


4 liter per 30 sq.m. = 645/30 = 21.5 Can of 4 liter Paints 72 Gallons of Paint
3 coatings = 3×21.5 = 64.5 or 65 Gallons of Paint
Plus 10% Wastage = 65×0.10 = 6.5 or 7+65 = 72 Gallons of Paint
