SUPREMECOURT ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 95-19

RE : Designation of Judges as Observers and Alternates in the Elections for

Regional Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) on 27
April 2019

Acting on the letter dated 15 April 2019 of Atty. Abdiel Dan Elijah S.
Fajardo, IBP National President, requesting the designation of official court
observers in the elections of IBP Regional Governors for 2019-2021 pursuant
to Section 15, Article 1 of the By-Laws of the IBP, the judges listed below are
hereby designated as official observers and alternates in the IBP regional
elections to be held simultaneously on 27 April 2019 in all nine (9) regions of
the IBP.
As observers and alternates, the judges concerned will coordinate with
the Regional Governor in their respective areas. Within ten (10) days from the
date of the elections, a report should be submitted to the Office of the Court
Administrator which should include the following: a list of the duly elected
governors; any incident that may constitute as a prohibited act or practice
relative to elections provided for in Section 14, Article 1 of the By-Laws of the
IBP; and any other matter that should be brought to the attention of the Court.
