Partnership Agreement between

Xavier School After School Special and Paolo Sandejas

This agreement is made and entered into by and between the ​Xavier School’s The After School Special: A
collaboration of the International Baccalaureate Cohort X with the Music Department​, herein referred to as ​The
After School Special, ​and ​Paolo Sandejas. In consideration of the premises and mutual promises set forth herein,
the parties, intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as follows:

1. Event. The After School Special ​agrees to conduct the variety show that will be held on November 29,
2019.

2. Responsibilities of the Organization. The After School Special ​will:

a) Provide a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), which is sanctioned by ​The After School Special
through the collaboration of the International Baccalaureate Program and the Music
Department..

b) Remind ​Paolo Sandejas​ regarding his schedule for the show.

c) Pay ​Paolo Sandejas ​P5,000.00 due for their services right after his performance.

d) Promote ​Paolo Sandejas ​through social media platforms once prior to the event.

e) Provide parking arrangements through Gate 1.

3. Partner’s Responsibilities. Paolo Sandejas ​will.

a) Sign this Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).

b) Provide the committee with information about Paolo Sandejas.

c) Allow the committee to take footages before and during the event.

d) Perform for 8 minutes.

e) Be in the event place 1 hour before their scheduled performance.

f) Consult with and channel their concerns or requests through ​The After School Special.

g) Abide by all the rules and regulations provided by Xavier School.

h) Allow ​The After School Special to release photos and videos through social media for marketing
purposes.
 4. Promotional Limitation. ​Release photos and videos of the Paolo Sandejas through our official ​The After
School Special ​Facebook page and Instagram account for marketing purposes.

5. Term and Termination. ​This Agreement shall be effective from the date of the signing of this Partnership
Agreement through the end of the aforementioned events. If when cases a breach of contract occurs, the
Xavier School - International Baccalaureate Program shall intervene on behalf of ​The After School Special
for seeking legal actions.

6. Termination for Default. The After School Special ​by written notice may terminate this Agreement in
whole or in part for failure of the partner to perform for any of the provisions herein. In such event, the
partner should be liable for damages.

a) The partner will provide cash equivalent to the value of materials, equipment, or services originally
to be provided by ​The After School Special​.

b) The After School Special has the right to remove promotional materials in cases where partner
does not perform its responsibilities.

7. Force Majeure. ​Neither party should be responsible for events beyond its reasonable control, such as acts
of God, weather delays, or other fortuitous events. If the event is postponed due to inclement weather or
other conditions beyond ​The After School Special’s ​control, it may be rescheduled for another time.

8. Entire Agreement. ​This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties relating to the
subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements, communication or
representations, whether oral or written. This Agreement may not be amended, altered, modified or changed
except through a written document signed by both parties.
