Physical Activities Towards Health and Fitness 3

1st Term – 2nd Year Academic Year 2019-2020

A. The warm ups that was thought to us before doing a certain activity is very helpful because it
helped us to become physically fit. In addition, the proper posture in playing volleyball as well as
the mechanics of it is also helpful for me because it helped me to understand how the said sport
is being played.
B. Our schedule in PE is every Wednesday and Friday. Our whole PE course helped us to refresh
our minds because PE time for us is same with break time or recreational time from academic
stuffs.
C. As an accountancy student, I don’t think that playing volleyball will help me in my future
profession. But I think in terms of behavior, specially socializing as well as the sportsmanship that
I learned will help me in my future career. I also learned that communication within my team
mates is very important and I think it is applicable in my future career.
D. In order to learn skills in volleyball, it takes a lot of time. Based on my experience, one or two
months is not enough to hone my skills fully. I will suggest that if possible, make the PE time
longer. For example, make it at least 3 hours every meeting.
