Career History
1. Working with a reputed Freight Forwarding company named Transport Partner Ltd under the headed
of PDS Multinational since February 2019 to till now as an executive. Handling TPL Sea & Air
Import, Air Export Shipments, Customer Services, Invoicing & overall sea and air import, air export
consignments monitoring.
 Process all documentation and provide detailed information to established and potential clients.
 Contact with airlines and shipping line to obtain pricing & secure Air space.
 Issued draft HAWB and forward it to clients for checking & finalize the documents as per buyer
requirement and checked MAWB/MBL for zero-error documentation.
 Communicate with overseas agents regarding import & export documents for error free
documentation and ensuring smooth releasing of goods.
 Distributed documentation to clients via email like HBL, HAWB, Freight Invoice, Freight
Certificate etc.
 Moreover I checked the SOA of agents and prepared all necessary documents to submit the Bank for
their payment.

2. I have been working with JAFREE TRADERS from January’18 to February’19 as a Procurement
officer. My major responsibilities of this company are given below:
1. Investigate different countries market to identify the target product as per requirement of customers
and to communicate with the suppliers of the product.
2. Negotiate the best deal with the suppliers for pricing and commercial agreement.
3. Review and analyze all the suppliers of targeted product and arrange to ship the product by sea or
air also prepare all related documents for making LC/ TT
Achievements
 Considering my performance TPL management promoted me from Junior Executive to Executive.
 Successfully completed three month internship program in Foreign Exchange Department at
Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited, Agrabad Branch, Chittagong.
