I Mercy B. Pradero mother of Mc Ramil B. Pradero would like to ask permission

to acquire my son’s refund from the ESC grant my son has availed ever since he
was in Grade 7 (Seven). Given that he is a scholar ever since the subsidy has
not been used. He will now be about to move up to Grade 11 (Eleven), we would
also like to ask for the extra cash refund available on his account to be claimed,
and we would like to ask permission to acquire his subsidy because we will use it
for his Grade 11 expenses as he will not be studying in University of Cebu
anymore. The Grade 11 expenses include book allowance and tuition fees.
