AFFIDAVIT of TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, ANASTACIA EBIO ARIATE and ANGELINA BACAREZA DUCAY both of legal age,
Filipinos, and with residence and postal address at Barangay Bato, Bacon District,
Sorsogon City, and Brgy. San Bato, Bacon District, Sorsogon City, respectively after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That we personally know TEOFELO DREW DITAN and DANIEL DREW DITAN being
children of spouses JUAN DITAN and MARGARITA DREW, we are being
acquainted with them for a long time;

2. That we know TEOFELO DITAN being married to CLEOFE ARA is biological parent
of ILUMINADO ARA DITAN, and DANIEL DREW DITAN being married to PABIOLA
DIAZ is biological parent of RITA DIAZ DITAN; therefore ILUMINADO ARA DITAN is
first degree cousin of RITA DIAZ DITAN

3. That we know ILUMINADO ARA DITAN being married to FLORENIA EBIO DENIEGA
is biological parent of MARILYN DENIEGA DITAN and RITA DIAZ DITAN being
married to JOSE TOLINTINO QUILALA SR. is biological parent of ANNABEL DITAN
QUILALA; therefore MARILYN DENIEGA DITAN is second degree cousin of
ANNABEL DITAN QUILALA

4. That we also know MARILYN DENIEGA DITAN being married to VICENTE DREW is
the biological parent of DANIEL DITAN DREW; therefore DANIEL DITAN DREW son
of MARILYN DENIEGA DITAN, grandson of ILUMINADO ARA DITAN and great-
grandson of TEOFELO DREW DITAN is nephew by second degree cousin of
ANNABEL DITAN QUILALA, daughter of RITA DIAZ DITAN, granddaughter of
DANIEL DREW DITAN

5. That we are not in any manner related to DANIEL DITAN DREW and ANNABEL
DITAN QUILALA nor his parents either by affinity or consanguinity;

6. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing
and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
