1. INTRODUCTION

Working capital in simple terms is the amount of funds, which a company, must have to finance its
day-to-day operation, it can be regarded as part/portion of capital, which is, employed in short
operation Every organization invests their funds in two terms of capital namely,

J.K Group of companies Pvt. Ltd is a Coconut oil Manufacturing Company and it is located at
Kabiyadi, Udupi. The proprietor of the company is Mr. Rathan N Rao. From a finance perspective,
an extensive study will be done on the Working capital management of the company, A detailed
SWOT analysis will be shown to high spot strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. A
financial examination to determine the complete stability of the Company.

2. OBJECTIVES OF STUDY
1. To study the issue of the liquidity, profitability and solvency of working capital.
2. To determine the liquidity position of J.K Group of companies.
3. Effective usage and efficient usage of working capital.

3. LITERATURE REVIEW
Mishra (1975): - Find out the problems of working capital in 6 public enterprises in Analysis .
