Guide For Students Applying For Postgrad Internship Online 1
1. Visit the URL http://apmcf-ph.net/enips and register an account. Email address and pictures
(size should be less than or equal 500kb) as well as other profile details are required to be
supplied in the registration form.
2. Once you submitted your profile, the school's internship office will be validating your
credentials. Once approved, you will be receiving an email notification that the account has
been approved.
3. If you were not able to receive an email notification stating the approval of your account within
3-4 working days, please follow up the registration approval status in your school's
internship office.
4. If registration is approved, log into E-NIPS and update your user profile by clicking the “Update
User Profile” at the main menu.
5. If you are applying for internship, click the “Apply for Internship” link at the main menu.
Complete your details at the internship registration form and select the internship period you are
applying form in the drop down list labelled as “Internship Period”.
The list of the hospitals with available slots for the internship period selected will be displayed.
6. Review thoroughly the selections you made before submitting. Once submitted, the dropdown
boxes for hospital selections will be locked.
7. The school's internship office will be reviewing the submitted internship applications and will be
responsible for the uploading of the electronic internship requirements before forwarding it to APMC
for internship matching.
8. The medical student/internship applicant may monitor the status of his/her internship by clicking the
“Monitor Internship Applications” link at the main menu.
