TRUST RECEIPT AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

Philippines, under oath, declare and make manifest, THAT:
WHEREAS, on _______________________ , I received in trust from LONIE N. SOTELO

FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the foregoing, I agree to the following:
1. That without need of notice or demand, I will return the aforesaid amount to ENTRUSTOR at

amount until I have returned the same in full;
3. That my failure to return the aforesaid amount to the ENTRUSTOR by above-stated date,
shall constitute prima facie evidence that I have misappropriated the money for my personal use and
benefit to the damage and prejudice of ENTRUSTOR making me liable for CRIMINAL prosecution;
4. That if the ENTRUSTOR is compelled to engage the services of a lawyer to enforce his
rights by litigation, I, as ENTRUSTEE, shall pay attorney’s fees equivalent to twenty five (25%)
percent of the amount due for collection.
