SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

hereby name, constitute and appoint _ with residence address at _, to be my
true and lawful Attorney/s-in-Fact and in my name, place, and stead, do or
perform the following specific act(s):

1. To represent me in all matters in connection with the

Conciliation-Mediation Conference docketed as _ pending before
the National Labor Relations Commission;

2. To sign, execute, accomplish, submit and/or file for and in

my behalf, the necessary pleadings, agreements, documents,
and/or instruments as may be required and in connection with
the said Case;

3. To negotiate, conclude, enter into and execute a

compromise or amicable settlement of the aforesaid Case, to
accept and/or receive payments, under such terms and
conditions as said Attorneys-in-Fact may deem just and
reasonable, including but not limited to a dismissal of the case
and the execution of the necessary Compromise Agreement for
the dismissal of the case;

4. To agree on the simplification of the issues;

5. To sign, execute, amend, verify, serve and file any and all
pleadings, papers or documents for and on my behalf in
connection with the aforementioned Case before all courts,
administrative agencies or tribunals in the Philippines;

6. To obtain stipulations or admissions of facts and

documents to avoid unnecessary proof;

7. To undertake a preliminary conference of issues to a

commissioner; and

8. To do and agree on such other matters as may aid in the

prompt disposition of the action.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the afore-mentioned

attorneys-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform any and every
act and things whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to be done in and
about the premises, as fully to all intents and purpose as I could do if
personally present and acting in person, with full power of substitution or
revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-
sin-fact, or my substitutes, shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and
by virtue of these presents.
