RINL Board, in its 322nd meeting held on 13.09.2019, accorded approval for the
amendments to the provisions under RINL Travelling Allowance Rules as under:

4. Empanelment for economy/ standard room instead of deluxe/ luxury rooms in each
hotel to minimize the accommodation expenditure to the extent possible.
5. The period of empanelment should be valid preferably for 2 (two) years and in any
case, not less than 1 (one) year, with same tariffs, terms and conditions, except
applicable govt. taxes etc. so as to take advantage ofconsistent rates for considerable
period. Special tariff offered should be inclusive of taxes.

6. The validity of empanelment should start from the beginning of the calendar y"#

validity periods from each Marketing branch/ outstation office for consideration and
approval of the Competent Authority.
