Let us put ourselves in the presence of the Lord.

Our heavenly father, we are in joy for today's gift of precious life you have given us. We
praise you, God, for giving us the chance to gather here at this moment to thank, ask
guidance and blessing in all our endeavors.
God, we pray for our leaders, grant them your divine wisdom, enable them to serve and
lead with humility, and give them always the desire to do what is right for the welfare of
all.
As public servants, we humbly ask you, Father, to assist us that we may be able to handle
and fulfill our upcoming activities and responsibilities. And may your unending divine
providence guide us, as we do our work with honesty and respect. We hope Lord, that
we may be more patient, undistracted and positive in making decisions to fulfill our goals.
Today Lord is a wonderful day for us to continue our harmonious relationship with others
to do our duties with the utmost care and love in this community. May you shower us with
your love and abundance as we journey together.
Bless us and our families, put us away in any form of danger and sin. We thank you, Lord.
