It is hereby informed that the I, III & V Semester examinations for M.A. / M.Sc. / M.Com (Prof.) /
M.Com (Gen) / M.C.A / M.B.A / M.Ed. / B.M. of Regular and Supplementary candidates are scheduled to be
conducted in the month of November/December, 2019-20. The last date for uploading of online filled – in
Examination Applications to the concerned Heads / Co-ordinators / In charges for registration with prescribed
fee without fine is 15-11-2019. The fee particulars in respect of the different courses are shown hereunder. The
examination fee is to be through on-line payment mode only.

2 Last date for uploading online examination application / payment of examination fee through
www.ruk.ac.in without fine 15-11-2019
3 Uploading of online examination application with payment of fine (Rs.150/-): 16-11-2019 only
4 Uploading of online examination application with payment of fine (Rs.500/-): 18-11-2019 Only
5 Candidates can register for the examination with Provisional Permission by the principal with a penal fee
of Rs. 1500/- + Examination Fee on 19-11-2019 only.
6 Payment of Examination Fee with fine Rs. 150/- + 500/- + 1,500/- on 19-11-2019 through www.ruk.ac.in
7 21-11-2019 Last date for submission of Nominal Rolls of all students along with e- challans and covering
letter to the undersigned (all types of applications).

 Students must register with Aadhar numbers and S.S.C Hall Ticket Nos. The Aadhar numbers
uploaded at the time of registration same may be used to print on marks memo and degree certificates.
The Principals / Head of the Departments are instructed to submit the attested Xerox copy of
Lower Degree Pass Certificate of candidates appearing for First Semester Examinations.

Note: 1) Before uploading the student data, all the Principals concerned shall be ready with the
following information.
i) Scanned photo of each student
ii) Scanned Signature of each student
2) In uploading students particulars, the principals have to take utmost care and see that the
Candidates name, father’s name, date of birth etc., have to be entered as per the relevant
Certificates of the student, as the Marks memos and the Provisional Certificates of PG
Courses have to be prepared as per the data entered by the principals
Hence, all the Heads / Co-ordinators / In-charges are requested to bring this to the notice of all the
students and inform them to pay the examination fee on or before 15-11-2019. The examination
applications of those candidates who have put up 75% and above attendance shall be forwarded to the
undersigned for registration to the above said examination. Those who have not put up 75% but put up
a minimum of 65% to 74% of attendance have to pay the condonation fee as prescribed by the
University, along with Doctor Certificate not below the rank of Civil Surgeon.

No applications will be entertained after the closure of the nominal rolls.
