In line with the above proposed project we are pleased to submit herewith our Proposal for the complete supply
of labor and the like necessary to complete the above subject project all in accordance to the below listed terms
and conditions;

A. SCOPE OF WORKS:
1. New Ceiling Eaves ( Pvc Ceiling 100mm).
2. Masonry Works-based on plan layout
3. New Ceiling works (Ground- Kitchen & Toilet Areas)
4. Kitchen New Layout
5. Painting works
6. New Doors & Windows
7. Floor tiles (Main Kitchen)
8. Lighting Fixtures installation ( Main Kitchen & Toilets)
9. New Plumbing/Sanitary layout ( Main Kitchen & Toilets)
10. Fixtures installation
11. New Electrical layout ( Main Kitchen & Toilets)
12. New Doors & Windows Installation
13. Waterproofing Works ( Roof Slab)

Note: Exclusion of DEMOLITION WORKS

B. Contract Cost:
Total Contract Cost to accomplish the above scope of work shall be based on percentage from
Materials Cost ( Fourty 40%) :

C. Terms of Payment:
Upon approval of this offer, the Contractor shall be paid by the Client in the amount equivalent to
Twenty Thousand (Php 20,000.00) as Downpayment (Mobilization).

Succeeding payments shall be paid every weekly payroll basis.

Balance shall be paid upon final completion and handover of the work to the Client.
Should the above offer is acceptable to you, kindly affix your signature on the space provided for and this will serve
as our Agreement for the above services..
