You all must be well aware by now, by observing the
activities going in the complex that something is being
organized for the betterment of the complex. Yes this
time prpaoa in coordination with estate office, is
taking part in the SWACHH BHARAT ABHITAN
COMPETITION, organized by Noida Authority. To make
this complex best in the area, following efforts have so
far been made :-
(a) For disposal of domestic garbage, as per the
guidelines of Noida Authority, for segregation of
domestic waste at our level sufficient no of
garbage bins, Blue, Green and Red have been
catered for and have been marked accordingly
as Dry waste, Wet waste and hazardous waste.
(b) To make the complex more green and beautiful,
6000 plants and 1000 seasonal flower plants
have been purchased and planted in the
complex.
(c) Entrance of all the towers towards the main
park is further being extended to the walkways
by additional tiling work.
(d) After thorough processing, in two STPs, sewage
discharge is being used for our horticulture also,
a step to conserve water.
(e) While using lifts, for easy identification of
floors, all floors in all the towers have been
marked with number plates accordingly.
(f) To create awareness among the residents on
Nuisance of spitting and to make this complex
Single Use Plastic Free Zone, display boards
have been fixed at requisite points.
(g) Also to create the awareness and to stop the dog
poo nuisance, in the complex, instructions have
been conveyed to the residents through display
boards at requisite points.
(h) Entire complex, including two basements area,
is being cleaned thoroughly every day,
(i) Entire complex has been cleaned for spitting
stains and to maintain it in future also, all
incoming workers are being frisked by security
at main gate everyday for tobacco, chewing
gum, gutka etc.
(j) To control the wrong parking and guest parking,
charges have been revised, which are giving
good results.
Noida Authority team would be coming to our
complex at 11 a.m. on 20 December 2019 to assess
the number of aspects which have been marked for
this competition. At 11:15 a.m same day, first, they,
would brief all the workers and residents in the
amphitheatre and conduct an oath ceremony for all
present there to make this Abhiyan a successful one.
Thereafter the team, accompanied by prpaoa
members and estate office officials, would go
through the entire complex to conduct its workshop
in detail. You all are requested to kindly attend in
large numbers. PRPAOA and estate office are making
all out efforts to win this competition. Also keeping
in view the cold weather, hot tea would be served in
the Amphitheatre.
