This 30 days (Weekdays – 2.5hrs.) OR 12-week (Sunday or Saturday) instructor led A+ &N+

(3) GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
1. Full refund for written notice of 20 calendar days or more before program commencement
2. For written notice of less than 20 calendar days before program commencement, a 50%
penalty charge on total program fee will be levied
3. The RST Forum reserves the right to amend/postpone and cancel courses without notice
4. The RST Forum is authorized to refuse admission to the student(s) if payment is not made
as per the mentioned payment schedule.
5. Candidates can repeat a maximum of 3 times at RST Forum for enrolled course based on
training slots available.

Miscellaneous:
1. Minimum batch size required for batch is 10 participants.
2. The RST Forum reserves the right to cancel/postpone the class.
3. Course schedule will be provided before commencement of the course.
4. Certificate of participation will be awarded to participants with a minimum 90% attendance
5. All attendees are to observe the Copyright Law on intellectual properties such as software
and courseware from respective vendors
6. The RST Forum reserves the right to include external participants in the program either for
the entire or individual courses
7. The RSTForum reserves the right to change/alter the sequence of courses.

1. The duration of Course is 12-weeks (Sat/Sun) or 30-days weekdays (2.5hrs.).

2. Attendees will be assessed at the end of each week during the Course.
3. Passing rate of the assessment is 85%
4. A copy of the assessment progress report will be submitted to the attendee & if required to
his immediate supervisor.
