Dear Mr. (NAME):

I am _______________, the registered owner of a 2018


______________________. On 10 January 2018, I purchased the
said vehicle from Nissan West Gate Alabang for a total
purchase price of ___________________________

A copy of the Contract/Deed of Sale is hereto attached as


Annex “A”.

Upon purchase of the vehicle, I made sure that it was


treated with care, that it was driven with the utmost caution
and care, and that it was compliant with all the recommended
maintenance procedures. However less than a year into the
purchase, the vehicle began to show defects and recurring
issues which Nissan Service Centers have repeated failed to
rectify.

It is evidently clear that Nissan Service Centers have


been unable to rectify the defects and recurring issues with
the vehicle, despite numerous attempts. This has caused so
much stress and agony on my family and I as we are
constantly in fear of an impending incident every time we ride
the said vehicle. We have also lost so much time,
opportunities, and resources due to the vehicle’s defects and
recurring issues of which we have had the misfortune of
encountering mostly when we have important trips scheduled.
With that said, I am requesting for either: 1) replacement
of the vehicle of a fully functional unit free of issues or defects;
or 2) a refund of the purchase price I paid for the vehicle.
While I am admittedly disappointed with the particular vehicle
I purchased, I remain optimistic about the quality and
standards of Nissan vehicles in general and would thus still
prefer to drive a Nissan vehicle of the same type and model.
