CLARIFICATION AND GUIDELINES FOR PAPER

PRESENTERS

A. WHO CAN BE A PAPER PRESENTER:

1. Students who have registered as IPCC/Intermediate Students – either after passing CPT or through
Direct Entry route.
2. Students who are pursuing their Article ship Training.
3. Students who have completed their Practical Training but could not qualify their final
examinations may present papers at the conference till next one year from the date of completion
of Practical Training.

B. WHO IS A PAPER PRESENTER:

An eligible student who delivers a presentation on a particular topic on which h/she prefers to
research and present using his/her oratory and graphics skills.

C. CRITERIA FOR SELECTION:

1. Interested participants must send the following at cicasaraipur@gmail.com ;
• Power Point Presentation.(Optional)
• Video (2-3 minutes)
• Resume
• Paper (1500-2000 words)- It shall be mailed; No Hardcopy required.
2. Last date for submission is 15th December, 2019.
3. A strict NO TO PLAGIARISM.
4. Results shall be announced on 16th December, 2019.
5. The decision of the jury shall be Final and bounding.

D. DETAILS FOR THE SESSION:

1. Presentation time limit is for 10 Minutes each paper presenter.
2. A declaration shall be obtained from the selected paper presenter that s/he has not participated
as a speaker in more than 2 Conferences.
3. Best paper presenters (overall category) of National Conference can be permitted to present
technical papers in International CA Students Conference where the limit of two programs per year
will not be applicable.
4. Available Reimbursement of Expenses incurred by the Non-local Paper Presenters; as per ICAI
norms.
