PRAVEEN SHUKLA (JUNE7, 1970) is a notable much sought often author and poet of the present era.

Eight book , written by his mighty pen, have been published till date. He has been awarded in India and

abroad. He has participated in various literary programs and seminars that were organized in Bangkok,

Muscat, The United Arab Emirates, Bhutan and various cities of the United Kingdom.

• HE has been honoured by Presidents Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil and Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam – as

well as hundreds organization and politicians.

That even if someone is talented , his secretly done misdeeds affect his work. There is a firm basis of this

rule and that is the person who works needs a polity. These are successful who have a blameless

character even tough there is lack of suitability in them. Gandhi ji had followed his ideas from the

bottom of his heart which provided power to his character that made him popular at national and

international levels. His unique ability and ideas on different issues of his opponent on so. According to

him if love resides in the heart nothing should be decided through means of violence. His imagination of

level that it was softer than flowers and harder than rocks. Love remains happy with truth and tolerate

As common man know Gandhi`s limitations , he was happy with sevice to the nation along with that, he

always kept in mind that no one should get hurt. It is ipessible to be an internation human being until

you are not nationalized . internationalism is possible only on the base of nationalized. It means when

people from different countries organize themselves in such a way that they work together. Live the life

to its fullest as long as alive. The decision of eatable is not based upon the rhymes of the scriptures but

this has been developed freely with his life. He did not wanted to live as one who eats anything or
getting treated just to remain alive. The religion that he had followed for wife, children beloved.

The book is divided into 19 chapters . a lot of literature on Gandhi and his literary creation had been

studied extensively by PRAVEEN SHUKLA. To prove his points he had added relevant example in his

book. According to Gandhi ji`s the very first thing which is important in management is to know about

working areas and knowledge of culture. He was of the view that before the commencement of any

mission whether it is related to business or life, we cannot find the right direction until we understand

its basic nature of theme. ‘’Success is not related with failure. But the real success is to achive whatever

the ultimate goal. It means it is important to win the battle not the quarres.’’

needed to go into a cave. The cave was within him, if he was able to know that.
According to him learnt to accept your own mistake without any hesitation. If you had
commited
mistake you must have the courage to change yourself. There is none in this world who has
achieved
success in their life without experience and experiments. For achieving success , constant it
never goes
in veins. God resides where there is cave.
