Annual General Meeting 2020

Notice is hereby given that Annual General Meeting of S.B.M. Polytechnic Alumni Association will be held on
Saturday, the 18th January, 2020 at 05:00 pm in the Seminar Hall (5th Floor), S.B.M. polytechnic to transact the
following agenda.

AGENDA
1. To read and confirm the minutes of the last Annual General Body Meeting.

2. To adopt the Annual Report of the Alumni Association.

3. To adopt the Statement of Accounts.

4. To elect the new members on the Managing Committee

5. To plan Activities for year 2019-2020.

6. To appraise members about ‘MULTITECH 2020’ Exhibition of products and services of Alumni
Entrepreneur during 1st week of March 2020.

7. Any other item with the permission of the chair.

In case the meeting is adjourned for want of the requisite quorum, the same will be held at the above venue
after half an hour.
