I was sceptical about sharing this story but, given the current circumstances of our country, I must

share this story.

A few weeks back, I applied to a school for the teaching position and had the required qualification.
The respective authority of the school urged on its job posting to share the resume on the given
WhatsApp number. Therefore I send them my resume on the mentioned WhatsApp number. After a
few minutes, I received a message saying to appear for the interview, with the proper address.

The next day, in the morning, I went there for my scheduled interview. The peon escorted me to a
lady and, she asked me for my resume. As soon as I hand her my resume, she looked at my resume
once and passed it back to me. Then she told me that the vacancy already got filled. I did not
understand the bizarre explanation but had no choice. When I got out of the office, I noticed it is a BJP
MLA's school with the glorifying flag of BJP and all other elements. I felt weird why they called me for
the interview if the vacancy already got filled.

I was doubtful that she didn't take my interview because of my name and my religious belief. After
two days, I saw another job posting from them, and expectantly I applied again on the website also, I
inquired on WhatsApp if I can apply for the job again, my WhatsApp text went unanswered. However,
I received a message on the job portal from them. You can go through the screenshots which I have
shared in the next slide. The reason they gave is 'I am not the right fit for the job' without interviewing
me.
