Stand with feet shoulder width apart and place the O" mark of

INSEAM
Use a pair of pants that fit you well, (they should not be too tight

by positioning the tape's O" mark on the center seam of the crotch,
down the inside leg seam, to the hem. The point where the tape
meets the hem is the inseam length.

SLEEVE
Begin at the middle of the upper back, slightly below the nape of
your neck. Measure the length from the middle of the upper back
to the stitching located at the shoulder of the shirt. Write this
measurement down, as you will need it later. Measure the length
from the top stitching on the shoulder to the bottom of the wrist.
Aim for hitting your wrist bone with the measuring tape. Add these
two values together to find your sleeve length.

BODY LENGTH AT BACK


Begin at the high point of shoulder, on back of shirt, and measure
straight down to shirt hem.

Note:
If your measurements fall between sizes, choose the
larger size.

MEASURING TIPS CAP SIZE MEASUREMENT

Things you will need: 6 3/4 21 1/8”


· A cloth measuring tape OR string and
standard measuring tape. 6 7/8 21 1/2”
How to measure:

1. Hold the end of the cloth tape measure to the
middle of your forehead. If you are using a standard 7 1/8 22 1/4”
metallic tape measure, use a piece of string.

2. Wrap the tape or string around your head until 7 1/4 22 5/8”
you return to the starting point. It should be above
your ears, resting at the point you would like your 7 3/8 23”
