A French Girl in New York

Once upon the time, live a French girl with step parents. She is like a
servant, she must sweep floor, mop floor, etc. Everyday, if she dont
do it step mother will angry.

Carvin, France

(Maude bedroom, under ground)

Step Mother : “Maudeee...!!! why this room is so dirty ???”

Maude : “I am sorry mom, i am so tired” (wake up from sleep)

Step mother : “HAH??? Tired you said ? what did you do Maude ?”

Maude : “I was studying Math for exam”

Step mother : “WHAT ??? studying ? Maude do you remember

agreement between you and Ruchet family ?”

Maude : “yes i am remember, but...”

Step mother : “ Stop... dont give me your reason. Now, buy some
tomato juice for me !”

Maude : “ yes mom, by the way mom... you haven’t give me money
to buy it”

Step mother : “ oh really ??? i am sorry hehe... nahh... (give some

money to her) oh once again, you must back to home after buy it,
dont go to play ground”
 Finally, Maude go to up stair and going to tomato juice seller. In on
the way to home after buy it , Maude imagine she become a super
star.

Maude : “ oh God, i hope i want to become a super star, and make

my parents in heaven fell happy and proud. Please god, hear my little
hope.”

Finally she at home and give it to her step mother.

Maude : “mommy this your juice, i hope your weight is less in short
time.”

Step mother : “thank you my daugther. Now, you go to the father

office to sweep and mop that floor, i think that room is dirty !”

Maude : “yeah mom” (go away to father office)

(in father office)

She knock the door

Step father : “ yeah... who is it ?”

Maude : “excuse me... daddy its me Maude.”

Step father : “ohh... come in Maude the door isn’t locked”

Maudy enter his room

Step father : “what will you do at here ?”

Maudy : “ mom tell me your room its dirty and i will sweep and mop
your room dad”

Step father : “ ohhh i see, by the way, before you clean my room,
please make ice coffee to me, medium ice, more sugar”

Maudy : “ okey dad”

(Maudy go to kitchen)

3 minutes later she come back to father room

Maudy : “ this is your ice coffee dad”

Step father “okey thank Maudy”

After Maudy give her father ice coffee, she start to sweep floor.
Suddenly her father sream.

Step father: “ (spout the coffee) Beh.. beh... what is this Maudy ? its
salty coffee, i want sweat coffee Maudy... where is your eyes Hahh
??? dont you know the difference between salt and sugar ?”

Maudy : “ i am sorry dad” (with head facing down)

Step father: “never mind Maudy, by the way, now every Saturday
until Sunday i and my wife will go to my parent home, dont forge you
must clean all of room in this house !”

Maudy : “okey my dad, i will”

(On Saturday morning in living room)

Step mother : “MAUDYYY...!!!”

Maudy: “yes mom whattt ???”( running)

Step mother : “ i and my husband will go to his parent home, you

dont forget your task”

Maudy : “ okey, goodbye mom and dad, i love youuu...”

Step mother & father :”goodbye Maudy”

After her step parents go away, Maudy have an idea it is go to library
to studying.

Maudy : “ohhh i know, when my step parents go out, i will go to

library to studying and read some books for my knowledge”

Finally, she in library, and read some book. Suddenly she look an old
piano. She feel want to play it.

Maudy : “what is that ??? an old piano ?” (look an piano and come to
near it and bring a music book)

She is learning piano and singing with autodidact. Day by day , month
by month passed. Maudy now can singing and play piano.

One day, her school held studytour to Paris, Maudy really want to
take it.

Maudy : “mommy look at this, i want go to Paris mom... please !!!”

Step mother :”nooo... bigg nooo Maudy... if you go to Paris, who will
do home task ???”

Maudy : “but mom i really want it”

Step mother : “NOOOO!!! I won’t my hand become rough because

wash the dishes. Ewh...”

Although her step mom disagree with her, Maudy ask her step father
in his room.

Maudy : “(Maudy knock the door and open the door) daddy !!!”

Step father : “ yes... Maudy ??? any something ?”

Maudy : “ Dad my school held studytour to Paris, can i go to Paris ?”

Step father : “emm... yes of course, but i have one wish “

Maudy :” what is that dad ?”

Step father :” you must get 90 score in france language, can you get
it ?”

Maudy : “ yes daddy i will”

France language exam has done and Maudy get 95.

Maudy : “daddy.... i got 95 in France language”

Step father : “ WOW... really ???”

Maudy : “yes look at this papper”

Step father ; “okey, you are allowed to go to Paris”

Maudy : “ thanks dadd” (huge her father)

Finally Maudy can go to Paris, one day in paris she is in a restaurant

with musical instrument in the front of restaurant. Maudy play
piano and singing. When she playing piano and singing at this
restaurant the biggest music producer in the New York look and
hear her voice.

Producer : “excuse me, what your name girl ?”

Maudy : “ i am Maudy, who are you ?”

Producer : “ i am James Baldwin, the biggest music producer in New

York, i heard your voice is very beautiful.”

Maudy :”ohh my godd, thanks sirr...”

Producer : “where are you come from ?”

Maudy : “ i am from Carvin, France”

Producer : “ohhh Carvin... by the way Maudy do you want to become

famous singer in New York ? i will teach you become it”
Maudy : “ i am sorry sir... actually i want but certainly my step
parents dont allow me to New York”

Producer ; “ohh never mind, can you give me your ID card ? if

whenever i need you, i will come to your home”

Maudy : “oh oke, i will give you it” (give ID card to producer)

Producer : “oke see you 2 week later Maudy...”

Two week later, producer come in to Maudy house.

Producer : “excusme... Maudyy.... its me Mr. James Baldwin” (kncok

the door)

Step mother : (open the door) “yess... who are you ?”

Producer : “ i am Mr. James, the biggest music producer from New

York, i come to your home to invite Maudy become my singer”

Step mother : “ohhh okey wait for second, MAUDYYY... come here
please !”

Maudy :”(running with bring a broom) yes momm... what ??? ohh
Mr. James Baldwin”

Step mother :” Maudy you dont allowed to go New York. I am sorry

Mr. James Maudy can’t... please back to your car and go to your
home”

Maudy : “ but mom i really want to become a singer, please i am not

your servant i am your step daughter... please !!!”

Step father is coming, because hear stranger man speak with his wife
and his step daughter.

Step father : “ what happen ???”

Step mother : “Maudy dear... she is invited by Mr. James to become
a singer in New York”

Step father : “what really???”

Maudy : “ please mom dad, its will make me success, can i go to New
York ??”

Her step parents think Maudy reason is true.

Step father : “oke never mind... i and my wife allow you to go to

Paris.”

Step mother: “ yes Maudy, now you can pack your clothes into your
bag”

Maudy : “thank mom and dad”

Producer : “okeyyy this your train ticket maudy”

Maudy : “thank sir”

Mr. James back to his car and Ruchet family back to the activities.
Morning is coming, its the last day for Maudy in Ruchet family.

Maudy : “goodbye mom and dad, thanks for everything” (sad)

Step parents : “goodbye my daugther, i hope you success, i always

pray for you” (huge Maudy one by one)

Step mother :” thanks for bought tomato juice for me Maudy”

Finally, Maudy dont live with her step parents. She is going to the
station by bus.

At this station Maudy is hit by 2 strangers men, Matt and Mr.

Tragent.

Maudy :”(looking up search exit gate) where is the exit gate?”

GUBRAKKK..... ( Maudy hit Matt)

Matt : “hey poor girl, be carefull please !”

Maudy : “ heyy what you said ? poor ? HAAA???”

Mr. Tragent :”stop stop stop... i am sorry my friend is arrogant. By

the way what your name ?”

Maudy :” i am Maudy and you ?”

Mr. Tragent :” ohh Maudy... i am Tragent and this is Matt ( finger

refer to Matt)

Matt : “ i am sorry i dont want to know you poor girl”

Maudy : “ (feel angry) nice to meet you Mr. Tragent (ignore Matt), i
am sorry i have to go now”

Mr. Tragent : “ nice to meet you too Maudy. Good bye”

( Mr. James Baldwin office)

Maudy :”(knock the door) Mr. James its me maudy”

Producer : “come in girl”

(maudy open the door)

She shock, because Matt and Mr. Tragent in Mr. James room

Maudy : “ HAH ??? Matt ??? Mr. Tragent ???”

Matt and Mr. Tragent : “MAUDYYY...???”

Matt :”why you at here Maudy ?”

Maudy : “ i was invited by Mr. James to become a singer”

Matt : “WHATTT ????”

Producer : “maudy it is my friend Matt, do you have ever seen Matt,

Maudy ?”

Maudy : “yeah, around a half hour ago” (check hand like look at
watch)

Mr. Tragent : “ i am sorry my bro, i want to hunt some oxygen”

Matt “ i too”

Matt and Mr. Tragent get out from Mr. James room.

Producer :” sit at here Maudy” ( the finger refer to chair)

Maudy :“thank sir...”

Producer : “ okey you at here will live with me and my daugther

Jazmine Baldwin”

Maudy : “emmm where is your daughter ?”

Jazmine is coming when Maudy talking with her dad

Producer : “nahh... she is Jazmine ( finger refer to Jazmine). Jazmine,

she is Maudy. She will be your friend.”

Jazmine :” hayy Maudy nice to meet you, i hope you pleasant with
my family”

Maudy :”nice to meet you too”

One day at Maudy and Jazmine school, Maudy be a new girl in this
school who get bullying from Lindsey Linton

(in the class)

Lindsey : “ohhh... she is Maudy, new student from Carvin, ewh you
look dirty, and poor. Certainly her voice is bad.”

Jazmine : “heyyy... Lindsey dont do it. She is good voice, you know
!!!”

Lindsey :”ohhh Jazmine... now you protect her from my bullying ?”

Jazmine : “yeah i must protect her. If you bully her again, your life
will be misery...”

Lindsey : “hah... i dont care.” (sticking touge out)

Maudy :” stop Jazmine... better we go out from here now..”

Month by month Maudy passed. Bully and praise Maudy get in this
city. Finally she can sing beautifully. One day at Mr. James music
school (Jazmine and Maudy school) Matt give information to
Maudy.

(music room) (maudy, Jazmine, and Matt)

Matt: “hey Maudy... this for you from Mr. James”

Maudy :”what is this Matt ???”

Matt :”i dont know(go away from Maudy), oh Maudy after you read
that, you must come to Mr. James office.”

Maudy :”okeyy...”
After Maudy read that papper. She shock, finally her dream come
true.

Maudy : “ WHATTT THEE.....” (shock)

Jazmine : “what happen Maudy ???”

Maudy :”look Jazmine....” (show the papper to her)

Jazmine : “WOW... Oh My God Maudy... congratulation” (huge

Maudy)

Maudy :”thank you so much for support me Jazmine”

Jazmine :”always my friend”

Lindsey :”Hah.... may be you are lucky poor girl” (arogant)

Maudy go to Mr. James office

(Knock the door) (Maudy, MR. James, Matt, Mr. Tragent)

Maudy :”(knock the door) Mr. James....”

Producer :”yeah... Maudy come in”

(Maudy sit on the chair)

Producer :”congratulation Maudy, i choose you because i am believe

you can do it, are you ready Maudy ?”

Mr. Tragent :”yeah Maudy i too, you can do it”

Matt :”congratulation Maudy. I hope you become a super star”

Maudy :”thank you so much all, without you i can’t get it”
(singing back stage)

Producer:”are you ready Maudy ?”

Jazmine :”Maudy, you can do it !”

Maudy :”yes... i am ready Sir... thank Jazmine”

Lindsey :”hey Maudy, i believe you can do it, i am sorry i already bully
you”

Maudy :”thanks Lindsey, i already forgive you”

Lindsey :”thanks Maudy” (huge Maudy)

Producer:”now you can go to stage, Maudy!”

Maudy :”yess sirr..”

Now... Maudy is singing on the big stage

(Maudy sing a song)

Moral value is never give up to try something and dont forget to

pray. Ignore poeple said to you. Believe your self and your real
friend.
