    We are respectfully asking for permission to borrow a service vehicle (van) to be used on

    September 25, 2018 (send off participants @ 7:00 AM) and September 26, 2018 (fetching of participants

    @ 5:00 PM). The trip is to Vista Marina Hotel, Subic Freeport Zone for the purpose of Write- shop for the

    completion of the Provincial Governance Reform Roadmap (PGRR) which will be participated in by 20

    participants.

    Your approval to lend a vehicle will be very much appreciated.
