The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Concentrix (Manila, Manila

(Philippines)).

Interview

� Initial Interview. It was a group interview. We were 4 in the room and was asked
the same question. "Tell me something about yourself." After every introduction,
you will be asked questions about it. After about 5 minutes, they will call you
back and tell you if you pass or not. 5-10 minutes.
� Assessment thru Phone. It has 5 parts, and will test your skills in
pronunciation, diction, hearing skills, and english speaking skills in general.
Passing score is 60, and I've noticed that a lot of the applicants fail in this
part. 15-20 minutes.
� Second Interview. A one-on-one interview with an HR staff. In this part you will
be asked about your flexibility in schedule, if you will agree for a background
check, how many hours do you commute, and such. The interviewer also discussed the
salary and benefits. After this, she recommended me to several accounts. 5-10
minutes.
� Online Examination. Consist of 6 parts. It will simply gauge your skills and
knowledge about the Internet, basic hardware and software. There will also be
typing test, logic, grammar, and very simple math problems. 30 mins - 1 hour.
� Final Interview. Another one-on-one interview, but with the account's leader. She
asked me questions like "What is your greatest achievement?" and "What is your
weakness?". She also asked situational questions like "If your mom insists that you
go back to school and stop working in our company, what will you do?". This lasted
for about 20-30 minutes.

Interview

Same as other call center company. They have one on one interview, tests and svar
(same as versant). Naga site was a very competitive site but when the management
change, we fell on a deep demise. Please expect less on the current management. I
hate to say this but sutherland naga is better now compare to concentrix naga.

Initial interview - exam - typing test - interview then another interview. The exam
consisted of computer skills, vocabulary, scenario based questions. In typing test,
in my experience, they wanted 40wpm, they will give you two tries but after years I
heard they increased it to 45wpm without 2nd try.

I only had the operations interview since an agency did my initial interview. The
Operations Supervisor was kind and we had a relaxed discussion. Very accommodating
