PETITION FOR BAIL

PETITIONER, BARRY QUIMNO, thru Counsel for purposes of bail ONLY,

unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully avers that:

1. Petitioner is charged in a case now pending before the Office of the City
Prosecutor, General Santos City docketed as NPS Docket No. XII-03-
INQ-19J-________ for Violation of Section 11, Article II of RA
9165 presently detained in Police Station No. 2, Barangay Makar, General
Santos City;

2. Petitioner can be served by summons and court orders through his

address at Lot 33, Silway, Brgy. Dadiangas West, General Santos City;

3. Petitioner wishes to avail of his constitutional right to post bail considering

that the offense charged against him is a bailable offense;

4. Petitioner is willing to post bail in the amount to be determined by the

Court.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of this

Honorable Court that the petition for bail be favorably acted upon.
