Responsibility:

- Weekly and monthly report performance HSE FM to

PHI & SKK MIGAS
- Conduct PTW, TKI/TKPA & On site JSA verification
and validation before starting the jobs.
- Conduct daily HES Patrol and onsite supervisory for
high risk activities
- Develop and implement Safe Work Practices visit
contractor as per site operational requirements then
PT XXX report the finding of Contractor HES implementation
and compliance to Team Leader
- Develop, coordinate & monitoring the implementation
of HES initiatives via campaigns, posters,
competitions.
- Receipt, distribution and communication of relevant
internal & external HES information from OE/HES
Department.
- Facilitate HES Coordination meeting which is attended
by for HES each Contractor to discussing internal HES
issue.
- Respond to emergency incidents on site, conduct
