Everyone is broken. Everything is broken, and you need to try it all out.

Anyways, this isn't supposed to be balanced, just the opposite. All factions have
some sort of change to them, some are more broken than others.
The most broken factions, in no particular order, are:
China Tank
GLA Demo
China Nuke
USA Airforce

******************** Fresh Install Instructions ********************


Use these instructions for:
I'm installing this 'fantastic' mod for the first time ever.

Copy the existing !Shw_ini.gib file and place it somewhere safe. Probably a folder
on your Desktop or something.
Copy !ShwTextures.gib and move to the same safe space.
Copy !ShwAudio.gib and add it to the safe place as well.

*Optional: Copy !Shw_Challenge.gib and move to safe space. (Required if you want
the Generals Challenges playable.)

(ProgramFiles x86 -> Origin games -> Zero Hour -> Zero Hour. if you're using the
origin version)

Add the !Shw_ini.gib !ShwTextures.gib and !ShwAudio.gib in the location where you
got them from.
Overwrite the original ones.
Add !ChaosAudio.big there as well. It contains some extra voices and prevents bloat
to the main ShwAudio file.

Play the game normally.


Laugh and or cry.
Beware the Demo chain reaction (may cause some serious lag, like really, a lot if
you have a ton of units in the reaction).

Use these instructions for:
I already have this mod installed, but I'm updating to the latest version.

Copy the !Shw_ini.gib !ShwTextures.gib and !ShwAudio.gib in this folder and


overwrite those in the games' location.
Add !ChaosAudio.big there as well. It contains some extra voices and prevents bloat
to the main ShwAudio file.

origin version)
No need to backup since you already did it with the first time you installed.

You cannot load old saves that are mid-game using a new Challenge.ini !
It does not like this !
You can load existing saves if they start from the Versus introduction screen !

I added the challenge ini if you want to test the minor map changes. Nothing
special, works with regular shockwave or this one.
Same thing, copy paste replace.
Changes include:

Dr. Thrax - No more defenses right outside your base. Removed some water and two
bridges. Removed cliffs in the north/northwest and made another village.

Prince Kassad - Lake is gone. Small supplies in your base moved. Arty platform is
gone, another is moved. Abandoned village area. Northern AI has a supply stash.
Hijackers all over the place. Demo Traps. Northern area is more open. Spy Sat
replaces an Oil Derrick.

General Alexander - Drained the ocean. It's all gone. All of it. Expanded her base,
second airfield and war factory. Nice terrain ramps leading to each particle
cannon. Very basic attack scripting. (It's not much because the scripts look like
garbage for this map and I didn't feel like redoing it all). Replaced one of the
Flak Bunkers with a Missile Platform. Added a delay for when she starts to build
Omega Auroras. Moved the Chinook drop inside the map so you can actually destroy it
before it lands.

General Grainger - Removed some water and the worlds worst bridge. Added ground
attack waves. Expanded his base; mountain changes. Proper usage of generals powers.
Sneaky pathfinders.

General Leang - LOTS of attack waves. Moved the base around a little bit. Moved
some buildings around. Level 3 artillery is used instead of level 2. Lots of Stukas
to annoy the crap out of you <3. Double the Temples, double the stress. Flattened
lots of the map because I hate corridors. Main Battle Tanks are included. Infantry
will upgrade with the Spec Ops Package for that edge.

General Kwai - Attack waves++. V4 Launchers and just generally a lot of tank spam.
Object 279.

General Tao - Less supply docks. Oils are removed on Hard difficulty. Heavier
attack waves. War Fortress area is lower and can target properly. More Tao base
which includes a Research Plant and another Airfield. Extra science usage and more
guarding units. Intro and all the nukes are fixed now. Beware.

General Michael Bay (demo) - Extra supply piles to get you to expand. Removed some
water and both bridges because I am very anti-bridge. Even more Demo Traps. More
attack waves. Split up the north and south bases into their own AI's. Fixed the
Demo Paradrop usage.

PS; I've not tested the generals challenges with all the Generals so far. Your
results may vary.
